First time lifting in a while went good. Did the chest, shoulders, tri & abs which I'm going to call work out 1 with the legs, back, biceps and calves weight work out 2 and cardio C.

Cardio tonight - ab routine daily from now on, except rest day.
Food intake = attempting 1800-2200 cals
Wt loss goal should be 1 or 2 lb/week if I maintain
Almost 9 wks no smoking & min alcohol consumption
