so last night went like this..
warm up bike 8 min
couple of stretches
treadmill - walk 3 run 15 walk 3 run 2 walk 5
cool down bike 5 mins
my fricken right shin is killing...still hurts, I easily could've went way longer if shin was normal....so that's good-
no running for a couple of days now...gotta let it rest
