Not good at this

Well today is 9-11-07...which means a couple of things. I haven't blogged in almost a month and obviously it's the anniversary of the NY city attack. So what's happened in almost the last month? Well here are a few that I can think of off the top of my head.
1. Danny D and Jamie got hitched last weekend and if knew what the hell I was doing w/ this blog, now would be the perfect time to through in some pics from the event but that will have to come later.
2. B & I have been on a couple mid length rides, averaging about 30-35 miles per ride.
3. Work at the Carmen Ave property has finally been completed and today the house went on the market for 159.9K
4. I've decided to go forward w/ the Triumph. I could not fall back asleep last night. I went to bed to watch TV around 9 and probable fell asleep around 10 or so and woke up wide awake at 12:30! I tried all the usual little tricks I have when this happens and it seemed that nothing worked. Then I finally fell asleep around 3 am. There are two things that I know that didn't help in my sleep pattern. One was I worked out last night and ate quite a bit of food before bed. I've read that this is not good for a one's diet or sleep. The other is I was debating on what to do w/ the Triumph. I figured out that it will be worth way more to me as a runner than not. I need to complete that project and put it behind me.
